Your organization gets a server of its own. It isn't shared with anyone, and your messages, calls, and files can't be read by anyone else — not even us.
A court can only compel GetSafeNow to provide information we possess. Because conversations are end-to-end encrypted and we do not possess the encryption keys, we cannot provide readable message content. We may hold limited account, billing, or service information, but we cannot decrypt your communications.
Your server remains active through the end of your billing period. After that, your server and its contents — messages, files, room history, and user accounts — are permanently removed. We do not archive your communications after your service ends.
Business includes 30 users for a flat $29.95/month. Pro is priced per user at $6/user/month with a 5-user minimum, and adds compliance, governance, and advanced administration for regulated organizations. On Pro, you can change your seat count yourself any time in the billing portal. On Business, contact support to add more users ($2 per additional user).
